Wellbeing – Activity Guidelines

Content Type: Infographic

Discover the right level of movement is for you for your current Resilience Level.

Instructions

Reflect on your current resilience levels, and plan your exercise according to this infographic. Take your time to consider this for real.

While movement and exercise is important for your energy and wellbeing at all levels of the Resilience Dynamic®, be sure to focus on what you need more specifically for your current Resilience Level.

If you are at or below Coping, you will already have too little energy or only have just enough to do all the things that you are doing, so it is important that you do not wear yourself out. Focus on movement and exercise that gives you energy and makes you feel good. Small changes can make a big difference!

If you are above Coping and beginning to have surplus energy it might be time to explore your movement and exercise more broadly and look at how you can meet or exceed the ideal exercise levels. Maybe try out new things to find something that you really love and gives you a great energy boost.
